What Should I Expect?

Over a series of one-on-one sessions we will explore and challenge your relationship with food and movement with the ultimate goal of discovering an individualized solution to nourishing and moving your body on your own terms. We will work towards achieving food freedom - no restrictions, no rules to adhere to, just you trusting yourself and respecting your body to make the decisions that make sense for you.

We’ll learn more about each other over a complimentary introduction session where we will discuss your goals, history, and what you expect to gain from nutrition counseling. We will see if we’re a good fit for each other and discuss package options. Although packages are offered in 1-, 3-, and 6-month increments, repairing your relationship with food and movement takes time. This is your journey, but we will work together to find the package that perfectly suits your needs!
